TIANJIN ENERGY RESOURCES LIMITED QUALITY POLICY
TIANJIN ENERGY RESOURCES LIMITED Quality Policy is a directive to all departments, employees, and vendors of TIANJIN ENERGY RESOURCES LIMITED to work within the quality system to provide Client with products and services, which shall comply with the following:
1) Applicable statutory requirements and International standards.
2) Contractual requirements
3) Client’s’ operating standards, procedures and specification requirements.
TIANJIN ENERGY RESOURCES LIMITED shall implement and maintain a quality system throughout TIANJIN ENERGY RESOURCES LIMITED period. The quality system shall be in compliance with ISO 9001: 2000, “Quality System Model for quality assurance in design, development, production, installation and servicing”. Additionally, TIANJIN ENERGY RESOURCES LIMITED quality system shall comply with Client’s Quality requirements. The quality system implemented shall recognize and use the concepts of Total Quality Management.
To ensure the implementation of the Quality System and to verify the effectiveness of quality management, the Quality Assurance Manager reports directly to the Managing Director and is responsible for instructing, advising, and auditing TIANJIN ENERGY RESOURCES LIMITED activities relevant to implementation of this plan as well as initiating and following up corrective actions raised on TIANJIN ENERGY RESOURCES LIMITED.
The QA/QC Manager shall have freedom of direct access to all personnel and documents and participation in any meetings related to quality. For solutions to quality Problems where there is any conflict, it shall be brought to the attention of the Undersigned or aforementioned for resolution.
